KINSTRETCH is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, joint strength, and usable joint range of motion.
 
Kinstretch uses various isometric contractions at targeted areas at the most vunerable areas of a joint to enhance neurological capabilities, and tissue resiliency, resulting in stronger healthier joints.
 
Kinstretch practice enhances and boosts physical perfromance by helping your body work and move in every angle and position you need to move to do the things you love.

KINSTRETCH principles, and training techniques, were created through a meticulous and rigorous evaluation of scientific evidence as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, and performance.

 

 

Do not be decieved by the word "stretch". WHile Stretching is a small COMPONENT, Kinstretch builds body control and end range joint strength through specifically targeted strength training principles. Sweat is common, and Cramps are encouraged. Classes are carefully guided, to help any person in any walk of life feel stronger, and better in their body.
