GROUP CLASSES

MOVEMENT INTELLIGENCE STARTS HERE

MVMNT:GYM offers three highly intelligent group training classes throughout the week. The classes are attentive, intentional, and progressive. All three of our classes are seamlessly integrated to work together and build towards a movement goal, like squatting, or a pullup. Drop in to check us out, get focused for three months, or check out our membership to finally change everything about your body, and how you move. Our classes are not random because random training delivers random results.

STRENGTH

Our strength classes focus on an upper body and lower body movement every twelve weeks. Each movement has its own unique skill, and value when it comes to moving well through our life and enjoying our activities. Having control and fluidity of these simple movements are vital for work and play!

CONDITIONING

Our conditioning classes integrate a wide variety of tools, like battle ropes,  calisthenics, and agility work to increase your heart rate and challenge your breathing. Using interval style training we will challenge your capacity and body control while your heart pounds. 

KINSTRETCH

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, joint strength, and usable ranges of motion. Healthy movement cannot exist without healthy joints. Every activity needs a body, and every body needs healthy joints, and every joint needs Kinstretch.
